We accept returns on unused, unopened, and non-personalised items within 14 days of receiving your order.
Unfortunately, personalised products and outlet items are non-returnable.

Every Faye Co Papier product is carefully handcrafted and individually finished with attention to detail.

Avoid overfilling your organiser, as this may place unnecessary strain on the rings, spine, and closure over time.
With regular use, natural ageing and gentle signs of wear are to be expected and are part of the product's journey. We cannot accept responsibility for damage caused by misuse, improper cleaning, accidental damage, unsuitable storage, or normal wear and tear through everyday use.
