Christmas Holiday Shipping Cut-Off Dates
PLEASE NOTE: These dates are recommendations only. Shipping delays caused by customs or postal services are outside our control, but we always ensure your order is dispatched on time. This applies to both EXPRESS & STANDARD ORDERS. During the festive period it is normal for postal services to experience delays.
If you need your order to arrive in time for Christmas, please make sure to place it before the cut-off dates listed below..
Within the UK
• Standard Delivery: 19 December (Order Placed by 12PM)
• Express Delivery: 22 December (Order Placed by 8AM)
• Special Delivery: 23 December (Order Placed by 8AM)
International Orders
We encourage placing international orders as early as possible during the festive season, as customs and transit times may be longer than usual.
Suggested International Orders cut-off dates:
• USA: 11 December
• Europe: 13 December
• Other international destinations: 7 December
Shipping
We ship both UK & International Delivery.
Products are shipped within 1-2 days in addition to shipping times.
Please Note: We dispatched on time, but postal delays are out of our control. Thank you for understanding.

- Europe: 5-20 Business Days
- United States: 4-20 Business Days
- Australia: 10-25 Business Days
- Canada: 4-20 Business Days
- Rest of the World: 10–25 Business Days
Customs & Duties
- Since UK exit from the European Union, all Europe orders may now pay additional local charges. Please check with your local customs.
- For USA deliveries we use a DDP service, which means all duties are paid in advance and you will not need to pay any fees upon delivery.
- Unless stated otherwise, buyers are responsible for any import duties, charges, or taxes.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable for refused or undeliverable items.
- If you need any changes after placing an order, please drop us an email hello@fayecopapier.com as soon as possible before items are shipped.
Refunds & Exchange
We really hope you love our products, however if you have to, you can return the items within 14 days of receipt. Please contact us within this frame.
- All returned items must be sent back to us unused and in their original condition/packaging.
- Buyers are responsible for any return postage costs. Please use the tracked shipping method for any returns in order to avoid items lost.
- Buyers are responsible for submitting correct information for shipping address. Shipping fees nor product cost are non-refundable for refused, uncollected or undeliverable items for incorrect address given.

- Personalised items or items on sale can’t be returned or exchanged.We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if items are non-saleable.
