Express Delivery: 21st December 2024

International Delivery

  • Delivery times:

    UK: 3–5 Business Days

    Europe: 5-20 Business Days

    United States: 4-20 Business Days

    Australia: 10-25 Business Days

    Canada: 4-20 Business Days

    Rest of the World: 10–25 Business Days

  • Buyers are responsible for import duty, charges or taxes.

  • Since UK exit from the European Union, all Europe orders may now pay additional local charges. Please check with your local customs.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable for refused or undeliverable items.

  • If you need any changes after placing an order, please drop us an email hello@fayecopapier.com as soon as possible before items are shipped.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE

We really hope you love our products, however if you have to, you can return the items within 14 days of receipt. Please contact us within this frame.

  • All returned items must be sent back to us unused and in their original condition/packaging.

  • Buyers are responsible for any return postage costs. Please use the tracked shipping method for any returns in order to avoid items lost.

  • Buyers are responsible for submitting correct information for shipping address. Shipping fees nor product cost are non-refundable for refused, uncollected or undeliverable items for incorrect address given.

  • Personalised items or items on sale can’t be returned or exchanged (unless they arrive damaged or defective).We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if items are non-saleable.
