• Since UK exit from the European Union, all Europe orders may now pay additional local charges. Please check with your local customs.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable for refused or undeliverable items.

Important Update for Our USA Customers

From 29 August 2025, new customs obligations and processes will come into effect for goods imported into the USA. These changes will impact all businesses exporting from the UK to the USA.

We are working closely with our shipping partners to manage the impact of these changes. The existing system is being replaced with Postal Delivery Duties Paid (PDDP) services, which means tariffs and duties must now be paid directly to US Customs and Border Protection (CBP).

As a result, a landing cost charge will apply to USA orders in order to avoid customs delays.

Please note that during this transition period, orders placed between 22 August and 4 September 2025 may experience some delays as the new requirements are put in place.
