Pre-order Items:

If your order includes both in-stock and Pre-Order items, your entire order will be dispatched together once the pre-order item is ready.
Returns Policy
We accept returns on unused, unopened, and non-personalised items within 14 days of receiving your order.
Unfortunately, personalised products and outlet items are non-returnable.

Our product is carefully handcrafted and individually finished with attention to detail.
To help preserve the quality and appearance of your organiser or stationery accessory, store it in a cool, dry place away from prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, excessive heat, humidity, and moisture. Avoid overfilling your organiser, as this may place unnecessary strain on the rings, spine, and closure over time.
With regular use, natural ageing and gentle signs of wear are to be expected and are part of the product's journey. We cannot accept responsibility for damage caused by misuse, improper cleaning, accidental damage, unsuitable storage, or normal wear and tear through everyday use.
